Giving thanks and
appreciation opens the
doors for us to have
more.
If you want more of
something in your
life be grateful for
what you have.
An attitude of gratitude
is key in
opening one up to
receive their good.
What better time is
there to develop an
"attitude of gratitude"
than at this time of
thanksgiving.
Exercise:
Everday until the end of
the month make a list
of at least ten things
you have to be thankful
for.
At the top, list the
person whom you love the
most,
then follow with other
people and things.
Never say you don't have
at least ten things to
be grateful for.
Go over your list for at
5-10 minutes each day.
As you go throughout
your day
look for things to be
grateful for.
You will be surprised at
what you find
and the changes it will
make in your life.
Remember, the Universe
loves a grateful heart.
